Wrap a soft tape measure, or a strip of paper, snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone, where a bracelet naturally sits.
If you used paper, mark where it overlaps and measure the strip against a ruler.
That number is your wrist circumference. Compare it with the chart below.

Rigid bangles and cuffs need room to pass over the hand, so go by the widest part of your hand as well as your wrist.
Flexible or chain bracelets can sit closer to the wrist; add about 1 cm to your wrist measurement for a comfortable drape.
Between two sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit, the smaller for a closer fit.

Cut a thin strip of paper, or use a soft tape measure, and wrap it around the base of the finger you will wear the ring on.
Mark where the strip overlaps, then measure the strip against a ruler. That is your finger circumference.
Find the closest circumference in the chart. If you own a ring that fits well, measuring its inside diameter works too.

This piece is available in sizes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.

Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
Wider bands fit more snugly; consider going up half a size for bands over 6 mm.
